Manners. It only takes a second to do it. It's as simple as asking a person how they are doing today? wether they are someone you know like a co-worker or the cashier from the corner store. It's having the courtesy to say hello or just saying please. Simple things in communicating that makes you're interaction pleasant. Small things that make a big diffrence. Wether it's business or social as the saying goes "You can attract more bee's with honey".
